Scope of Warranty
This Warranty & Service Policy (“Warranty”) applies to products manufactured and/or supplied by HITECH THERMOFORMERS PVT LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and sold within India through our authorized channels.
This Warranty is provided to the original purchaser/end‑user (“Customer”, “you”) identified on the relevant invoice/quotation and is not automatically transferable unless expressly agreed in writing.
Warranty Period
In general, our products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period that may range from approximately 1–2 years, and for certain specific products up to 5–6 years, from the date of invoice or commissioning, as expressly mentioned in the applicable quotation and/or invoice.
The exact warranty period for any product or project is always specified in writing in the relevant quotation, order confirmation, invoice and/or warranty note issued by us; that document will prevail over any generic statement on this Website.
What the Warranty Covers
Subject to the terms of this Policy and the specific conditions mentioned in your quotation/invoice, this Warranty generally covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, recommended use.
Products supplied by us that fail to perform substantially as per agreed specifications due to such manufacturing defects.
Our obligation under this Warranty is, at our sole discretion, limited to repair, replacement of the defective part/product, or other reasonable remedy as we may deem appropriate, in line with the written terms given in the project‑specific documents.
Conditions Affecting Warranty
Product performance and warranty are highly dependent on factors such as:
Size, design and configuration of the product.
Site conditions, building structure, direction, environment and loads.
Quality of installation, adherence to our guidelines and industry best practices.
Method of transportation, handling, storage and on‑site protection.
Accordingly:
Warranty terms and service obligations may vary from project to project based on quantity, location and site conditions.
These specific conditions, if any, will be described in your quotation, order confirmation and/or invoice.
Failure to comply with the recommended installation, handling and maintenance instructions may void or limit the Warranty.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Unless expressly agreed in writing, this Warranty does not cover, among other things:
Damage arising from improper handling, loading/unloading, storage, installation or use contrary to our guidelines or standard industry practice.
Damage due to accidents, misuse, negligence, alteration, modification, unauthorized repairs, abuse or abnormal environmental conditions.
Damage caused by transportation arranged by the Customer or third parties (including transit damage where we are not responsible for logistics).
Damage due to force majeure events such as fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, riots, strikes, acts of God or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, discolouration, minor variations or imperfections that do not materially affect product performance.
Any consequential, indirect or incidental loss or damage, including loss of business, profit, data, production, or use.
Any additional or specific exclusions applicable to your project may be stated separately in the quotation/invoice and will form part of this Warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
To be eligible for Warranty support, the Customer is responsible for:
Ensuring proper transportation, handling and storage as per agreed instructions, where logistics are in the Customer’s scope.
Ensuring installation is done by competent personnel, following applicable structural and safety guidelines, and any recommendations communicated by us.
Retaining the original invoice, purchase documents and any written warranty terms or certificates provided.
Notifying us promptly in writing when a suspected defect is observed and before attempting any repair or modification.
Failure to follow these responsibilities may affect our ability to provide Warranty support.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe a product is defective under this Warranty, please follow these steps:
Contact us via email or phone with:
Invoice number and date.
Project/site location.
Product details, quantity and a description of the issue.
Provide photographs, videos or any other supporting documents we may request to assess the issue remotely.
Allow our representative or authorized technician reasonable access to inspect the product/site if required.
After assessment, we will determine whether the issue is covered under Warranty and communicate the proposed remedy (repair, replacement or other appropriate action).
Service Visit, Transport and Associated Costs
Where Warranty service (inspection, repair or replacement) is approved:
The scope of free service, if any, and who bears costs related to travel, labour, dismantling, re‑installation, scaffolding, lifting equipment, etc., will be as specified in the project‑specific quotation/invoice or as separately agreed in writing.
For locations outside the normal service limits of our office/authorized representative, additional costs for travel, logistics and incidental expenses may be chargeable to the Customer, as communicated at the time of service.
If a product is returned to us for inspection/repair, packing, insurance and freight to our facility will normally be the Customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
All such service‑related terms are subject to the commercial understanding mentioned in your final quotation, purchase order acceptance and/or invoice.
Limitation of Liability under Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Our liability under this Warranty is limited strictly to repair or replacement (or other remedy expressly agreed in writing) of the defective product covered by this Warranty.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, revenue, use, production or business interruption.
In no event shall our total liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, exceed the invoice value of the specific product proven to be defective.
Nothing in this Warranty excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

Shipping / Delivery & Installation Policy
HITECH THERMOFORMERS PVT LTD
61, Navdurga Industrial Park, At & PO: Sankarda,
Ta & Dist: Vadodara – 391350, Gujarat, Bharat
Effective date: 25-12-2025, Vadodara, Gujarat
Scope and Nature of Policy
This Shipping / Delivery & Installation Policy (“Policy”) describes, in general terms, how we handle shipping, delivery and installation of products sold within India.
All commercial, logistical and installation terms are finally governed by the specific project‑wise quotation, order confirmation, invoice and/or written agreement between you and our authorized representatives.
Mode of Order Processing
The Website is used only for information and enquiry; no online orders or payments are processed on the Website.
After you submit an enquiry and discuss your requirements with our sales team, a formal quotation will be issued, and all shipping, delivery and installation terms will be clearly mentioned or agreed in writing.
If you accept the quotation and proceed with the order, the final terms in the quotation / purchase order acceptance / invoice shall prevail over this general Policy.
Serviceable Area
Our current operations and deliveries are intended for locations within India only.
We do not generally handle international shipping or export from this Website; if this changes in future, this Policy may be updated accordingly.
Shipping and Delivery Terms (General)
Because our products are project‑specific and often large, fragile or customized, shipping and delivery terms vary based on:
Product type, size and quantity.
Delivery location, accessibility and distance from our facility.
Mode of transport (road and other suitable modes as agreed).
Depending on the project and the commercial understanding, shipping may be:
In our scope, where we arrange transportation and factor applicable charges into the quotation; or
In the Customer’s scope, where the Customer arranges and bears all logistics, transit and related risks.
The quotation and/or invoice will clearly state whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of freight, and who is responsible for transportation and insurance.
Delivery Timelines and Scheduling
Indicative delivery timelines, if provided, are estimates only and may vary based on:
Order confirmation date and receipt of any agreed advance.
Completion of drawings, approvals or technical clarifications where needed.
Availability of raw materials, production load and logistics.
The confirmed delivery schedule, including tentative dispatch and arrival dates, will be communicated by our sales or logistics team as part of the order processing.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control (for example, transport strikes, traffic conditions, regulatory checks, natural events), and reasonable extensions of time may apply in such cases.
Transfer of Risk and Responsibility
The point at which risk in the goods passes to the Customer will depend on the agreed commercial terms:
Where we arrange transportation to the Customer’s site, risk typically passes at delivery or as otherwise specified in the quotation/invoice.
Where the Customer or its logistics partner collects the goods from our premises, risk generally passes when the goods are handed over / loaded for dispatch.
These principles may be refined or modified in the specific order documentation; the written terms in the quotation/invoice will prevail.
Inspection on Delivery and Reporting Issues
Customers are strongly advised to:
Inspect the goods at the time of delivery / receipt for visible damage, shortages or discrepancies.
Note any transit‑related damage or shortage on the transporter’s receipt (if applicable) and immediately inform us in writing with supporting photographs or videos.
Where logistics are arranged by the Customer, any transit damage or loss must normally be taken up directly with the transporter or insurer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Installation – General Principles
Because product performance and safety heavily depend on correct installation and site conditions, installation terms are typically customized.
Depending on the nature of the project, installation may be:
In the Customer’s scope, carried out by the Customer’s own contractor or installer, using our standard guidelines; or
In our or our authorized partner’s scope, subject to separate charges and terms clearly mentioned in the quotation/invoice.
In either case, the Customer must ensure that:
Site is ready, safe and accessible on the agreed dates.
Necessary structural support, openings, anchor points and approvals are in place.
All statutory, safety and local compliance requirements at site are complied with.
Any additional site‑related work, civil work, scaffolding, lifting equipment, crane, power, labour or permissions required are generally in the Customer’s scope unless explicitly included in our written offer.
Installation Scheduling and Delays
Installation scheduling (where in our scope) will be coordinated between our team and the Customer once:
The material is ready or delivered to site.
Site readiness, safety and access have been confirmed.
Delays or rescheduling may occur if:
Site is not ready or is unsafe for installation.
Access, permissions or necessary infrastructure are not available.
Weather conditions or external factors make installation unsafe or impractical.
Any additional costs arising from repeated visits, idle time, or extended deployment of our team due to site‑related reasons may be chargeable to the Customer as communicated at the time.
Charges for Shipping,Deliveryand Installation
Because each order is project‑specific, there is no single fixed rate card on the Website.
Shipping, delivery and installation charges (if any) will be clearly itemized or factored into the project‑specific quotation and/or invoice.
Any extra costs due to site constraints (for example, special lifting, odd‑hour work, additional safety requirements) may be quoted separately or added as per mutual written agreement.
You should carefully review the quotation and related documents to understand the exact cost structure for your order.
Force Majeure and Uncontrollable Events
We are not liable for any delay, failure or additional cost arising directly or indirectly from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, floods or earthquakes.
Strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, transport blockades or shortages.
Government actions, regulatory restrictions or changes, road closures.
Major equipment failure at manufacturing or logistics providers.
In such cases, delivery and installation timelines may be extended by a reasonable period, and any revised schedule will be communicated as soon as feasible.
Relationship with Warranty & Other Policies
This Shipping / Delivery & Installation Policy should be read together with:
Our Warranty & Service Policy, which explains coverage of manufacturing defects and related service terms.
Our Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer and Privacy Policy available on the Website.
If there is any conflict between this general Policy and the specific terms in your quotation, order confirmation, invoice or warranty note, the project‑specific written terms will prevail.
