SUNLIGHT PIPE™
An innovative Daylight Harvesting product which captures natural sunlight from all the angles throughout day, Sunlight collector ribbed polycarbonate domes’ design stream lines all the falling Sunrays into the highly reflective aluminum tube and at the end of tube a diffuser polycarbonate dome with a specific height disperse all the sunrays from tube to a specific diameter on floor from defined height. At times, in market this system is called Sun Tunnel or Sun pipes or Sun shade also. Design and Raw Material to produce the designed parts is extremely important to make it LEAKPROOF GUARANTEEED product. Also for long performance life this is inevitable. Up to 60% Energy bills saving is possible by usage of these range of products in Warehouses, Manufacturing Industries, Assembly lines, Dark areas, Cold supply chains etc.
POLYCARBONATE DOMES
Decades of experience enabled us to design and freeze dimensions to solve daylighting issues ranging from residential homes, bungalows, corporate office, hotels, institutes, schools, resorts to vacations homes. Range of size starts from 150mm to 2000mm in both square and round bases with shapes of dome or pyramid. Variants like fully transparent polycarbonate and partially transparent i.e. diffused transparent make choices easy for privacy and sunlight allowance below the domes. Designed mainly for RCC OTSs and have become first choice of leading architects very soon.
TATA WINGER I FORCE AMBULANCE ABS INTERIOR PANELS
Being an expert thermoformer / vacuum former of polycarbonate sheets. ABS sheets challenged us to form intricate and large size parts for Ambulance interior. Also our machine’s capability of Size 2.2 mtr.x 4.0 mtr. sheet size, and our designing and reverse engineering capability empowered with latest technology gadgets like scanners, modelling softwares and CNC operations enabled us to design and produce the moulds and hence one piece Ceilings & Left – Right ABS panels to cater and speed up the ambulance fabrication process.
SLEEPER I SEATER BUS ABS INTERIOR PANELS
Spare production capabilities prompted us to identify the need & desire in the retail industry of self developed sleeper and seater bus fabricators. Their wish to up grage and speed up their process of delivering the buses to their clients and our machine’s capability of Size 2.2 mtr.x 4.0 mtr. sheet size, with our designing and reverse engineering capability empowered with latest technology gadgets like scanners, modelling softwares and CNC operations enabled us to design and produce the moulds and hence one piece Ceilings & Head & Leg ABS panels to cater and speed up the Sleeper Bus fabrication process.

What is Thermoforming ?
Thermoforming is a term when used in plastics industry reveals that a plastic sheet is exposed to indirect temperatures. The sheet softens. The sheet is brought in contact with mould. The mechanism vacuums air between mould and hot sheet and the hot and soft sheet takes shape of the mould.
What is difference between Thermoforming & vacuum forming ?
Apparently there is no difference between Thermoforming & Vacuum forming when the terms are used in PLASTIC INDUSTRY. Thermoforming is heating or cooling. But in case of plastics industry, it is always heating or increasing temperature of a plastic sheet and then forming the same sheet with help of vacuum or air pressure or mechanical frames. And thus the hot n soft plastic sheet takes shape of our design.
What are the materials used in Thermoforming ?
Materials like POLYCARBONATE, ABS ( Acryllonitrile Butadiene Styrene) , POLYSTYRENE, HDPE ( High Density Poly Ethylene), PP ( Polypropylene) , PC+ABS , TPO (Thermoplastic Poly Olefin), PMMA ( Acrylic ) sheets are used in Thermoforming.

What is a SUNLIGHT PIPE ™ and how does it work ?
SUNLIGHT PIPE™ is a well researched, designed and produced product consisting of many components like
a) Sunrays collecting ribbed both side 50 micron UV coated Polycarbonate Dome
b) HDPE Roof flashing, acting as adapter between roof and polycarbonate dome
c) Aluminuim reflector tube
d) ABS “L” & “U” rings to install diffuser dome
e) small diamond shape surfaced polycarbonate diffuser dome.
SUNLIGHT PIPE™ works on a simple principle of how SUNRAYS react after falling on various surfaces while travelling. To explain more, Sunrays falling on transparent dome shape deflects to a specific angle , bends inward and again keeps travelling further in the aluminium reflector tube. Tube being cylindrical it keeps reflecting the sunrays downwards. At the end of tube small diamond shape surfaced dome scatters the sunrays to a specific and defined diameter on floor from a defined height. And height and diameter of scattering depends upon Model of SUNLIGHT PIPE™ .
